WIFS (Women In Financial Services) is aware that you trust us with your personal data and that we treat it with care. Hence this Privacy Policy. We therefore see it as our responsibility to protect your privacy. In this note, we inform you what data we collect when you use our websites and communities, why we collect this data and how we use it to improve your user experience.

This Privacy Policy applies, inter alia, to the services of WIFS. Newly developed services and or products will always be reviewed against this Privacy Policy. One should be aware that WIFS is also responsible for the Privacy Policies of other sites and communities and resources under its jurisdiction that are used from its function as an association's industry representative. By using the sites and communities, one indicates acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

WIFS respects the privacy of all users of its sites and communities and ensures that the personal information one provides to us is treated confidentially. Users have the right to access their stored personal data at any time and have them changed and/or deleted at first request.

USED DATA

De persoonsgegevens die door de gebruikers van onze diensten worden gebruikt zijn veelal: naam, adres en telefoon nummer, e mail adressen, bankrekeningnummer en persoonsgegevens voor de WIFS community. De WIFS-app is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor WIFS-leden. WIFS.nl gebruikt gegevens om community leden te informeren. De community gebruikers hebben zelf hun gegevens daarvoor ingevoerd. De bewaartermijnen van de diverse opgeslagen persoonsgegevens zijn opgenomen in het “WIFS AVG Register”. Ieder halfjaar worden de bewaartermijnen gecontroleerd.

UTILISATION OF OUR SERVICES

When people sign up for one of our services, we ask them to provide personal data. This data is used to perform the services and services. All data is stored in the cloud of our Service Provider, with whom a "Processor Agreement" is in place. Data are used/stored exclusively for the service and provision of services to our members/future members, users of our communities and course participants. Retention periods are indicated in the "WIFS Register AVG".

COMMUNICATION

When people send e-mail or other messages to us, we may retain those messages. Sometimes we ask them for personal data relevant to the situation at hand. This enables us to process your queries and respond to your requests. The data is stored in the cloud environment at our Service Provider.

COOKIES

We collect data for research purposes in order to better understand our members/customers/certificates so that we can maximise our services accordingly.

Our websites use "cookies" (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyse how users use the sites and community websites. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website may be transferred to our remote cloud servers. We use this information to track how people use the websites, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity/ Internet usage and internal usage. All as part of our duties as an association.

OBJECTIVES

We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy unless we have obtained explicit prior consent.

THIRD PARTIES

The information is not shared with third parties unless clearly agreed upon through a "Processor Agreement". In some cases, the information may be shared internally. Our employees are familiar with this Privacy Policy and are obliged to respect data confidentiality.

CHANGES

The Privacy Policy is tailored to the use of and features on our website and in our communities (e.g. www.wifs.nl and the WIFS app). Any updates and/or changes to these sites and or communities, may result in changes to this Privacy Policy. It is therefore advisable to consult this Privacy Policy regularly.

CHOICES CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA

We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change, or delete any personal information currently provided to us. We will only request information about personal data necessary for our services.

At the bottom of each mailing you will find the option to edit or unsubscribe.

EDIT/UNSUBSCRIBE COMMUNICATION

If one wants to modify the data or removal from our files is desired, one can contact us. The details are also listed at the bottom of every mailing and or e-mail.
