The discussion around diversity and inclusion is still too often about highlighting differences. That's the opinion of Diana Zandbergen, WIFS president and AMdiversity jury member.
In the lead up to AM Insights - Diversity on September 25 at Aon in Rotterdam, she shares her vision. About, among other things, a "worrying trend" that also affects financial services, good diversity policy and how that can be improved at many companies. "After all, the world population is fifty-fifty, so it shouldn't be complicated."
